Charter terms

Charters with Marina Zenith require a minimum booking duration of 2 hours. Yacht lengths across our 88-vessel fleet range from 33 to 164 feet, accommodating up to 90 guests at rates from 600 to 18900 AED per hour. To confirm any slot, a 30% deposit is required. Our team responds within 15 minutes between 9:00 and 23:00 GST daily via the WhatsApp button on the page to finalise dates, departure berths at Dubai Marina or Dubai Harbour, and charter specifics.

A 30% deposit confirms your booking, with the balance settled before boarding. If the weather does not allow sailing, we move the charter to another date or refund the payment, giving you the choice. All rescheduling arrangements and weather updates are handled directly by messaging our team in the WhatsApp chat. Any agreed changes in schedule or date adjustments are confirmed through this chat without additional paperwork.

There is no passport or ID needed to board our yachts. Every charter operates with a licensed captain and crew, and includes fuel, soft drinks, ice, towels, and life jackets. Guests are welcome to bring their own food and drinks, including alcohol. We can arrange catering, BBQ menus, bar service, water sports, fishing tackle, DJs, live music, decorations, photographers, drones, projectors, sound setups, and car transfers upon request via the WhatsApp button on the page.

Charter insurance is included for every voyage across our entire fleet. Licensed crew members manage all navigation and vessel safety from departure at Dubai Marina or Dubai Harbour until return. Life jackets are supplied on board for all guests, while supplementary activities such as jet ski, flyboard, seabob, and banana rides operate as optional add-ons requested through our WhatsApp team prior to sailing.
